Our mission is to inspire curiosity, courage and insight through Hatha Yoga practices. We cultivate a welcoming space and exceptional teachers to facilitate your growth – Bring your own mat or rent one of ours. All other props are provided. 

Wake up with a sunrise meditation, sweat it out with lunchtime HIIT, or unwind with an evening flow. You’ll find movement for every mood with classes sorted by time, style, and skill level.

Ritual: Daily Meditations

This series will help you create a morning meditation ritual that will cultivate more intentionality. Each mindfulness meditation explores a theme that will set the tone for your day, such as focus, wisdom, and appreciation.

- Welcome Appreciation

 This meditation invites you to cultivate gratitude by settling into the moment and noticing the beauty that is inherent in paying attention. You’ll learn to tap into the potential of each moment and identify moments of gratitude throughout the week with greater ease.

You don’t need to make anything happen to experience the magic of life — all you need to do is notice its presence within the subtleties of your day.

- Invite Stability

Invite stability of mind by using your breath as the object of focus. By focusing on your breath, the rest of your mind will begin to settle in an indirect but gradual way.

Instead of going into your meditation practice to stop thinking and release thoughts, you’ll experience a gentler, kinder approach for experiencing a calmer state of mind. Over time, the dance of inviting the attention to settle back into your breath upon wandering becomes less tedious and more easeful.

This yoga series has power flows to push you, chill flows to wind you down, and flows with a little bit of both to bring you into balance. Each sequence is crafted with time and energy output in mind.
